A file vs. a drawn market

Records for the area you cover, not a file someone else sold last quarter.

The difference is who chooses the geography and when the records are pulled.

Overview was built for storm roofers; the address and contact records here are the same ones they pull.

A resold broker file

Buy the file

  • A static list that starts aging the day it is sold.
  • Nationwide extracts you filter down yourself, then de-duplicate.
  • No record of what was scrubbed, or when.
  • Minimum order sizes and per-list markups.
Overview

Draw the market

  • Records are pulled when you request them, for the area you drew.
  • Every address inside the boundary, with contact records where available.
  • Calling records are scrubbed against the Do-Not-Call registry before delivery.
  • Every address inside the boundary included; $0.21 per matched contact. No minimums.

How outbound teams use it

Target. Pull. Load.

A real sequence from drawn boundary to a loaded dialer.
01 Target

Draw the geography a campaign covers: a metro, a set of neighborhoods, or one specific footprint your team can work.

02 Pull

Create the group and add contact information. Overview returns names, phones, and addresses for the residents inside, priced per record.

03 Load

Export the records as CSV for your dialer or CRM, or send postcards to the selected addresses from the same group.

What a drawn area returns

Five fields. One record per address.

Contact fields are added when you enrich the group; addresses come with the boundary.
01

Address

Every residential address inside the boundary you draw, included with the plan — a whole subdivision costs nothing more than the shape you drew.

02

Resident name

The name on record for the household, added when you enrich the group. Contact records are returned for the addresses where a match exists.

03

Phone number

A phone for the resident where one is available, delivered with the DNC status attached so your team knows what it can dial.

04

Mailing address

The delivery address for postcards, kept with the record so mail and calls run on the same list.

05

DNC status

Calling records are checked against the national Do-Not-Call registry before they leave the app. You see the status on every record.

The whole hail map. The list underneath it. One price.

Radar tells you where to look. Only an inspection confirms damage at an address.
