The exact market a campaign is calling.
A metro, a county, or a set of neighborhoods. The boundary is the list definition, so there is no national file to filter down.
Draw the geography a campaign covers and pull resident names, phone numbers, and addresses inside it, scrubbed against the Do-Not-Call registry and priced per record.
Overview is a contractor tool first; the records are the same. DNC-scrubbed before delivery; your organization remains responsible for its own calling practices. 7-day free trial · cancel at any time
Draw. Get. Send.
A metro, a county, or a set of neighborhoods. The boundary is the list definition, so there is no national file to filter down.
Resident name, phone number, and mailing address for every address inside the boundary where a match exists. Calling records are checked against the national Do-Not-Call registry before delivery.
Export one flat file per pull and load it into the dialer or CRM. Pull what a shift can work, then draw the next area when that one is done.
The problem
A broker file is priced by the thousand, covers geographies the campaign is not calling, and carries no record of when it was scrubbed. Connect rates fall, agents burn dials on disconnects, and procurement pays a markup for a file that started aging the day it shipped.
Worked example
A home-services campaign covering three suburbs on the north side of a metro.
The list loaded into the dialer as one CSV and was worked over two weeks. The next campaign drew the adjacent suburbs instead of re-buying a state file.
Data cost = matched contacts × $0.21; addresses are included. Platform $150/mo billed separately.
The product
Four screens. This is the real interface, rebuilt here with sample data.
Outreach
Overview doesn't stop at handing you a list. Mail goes out from the same screen you drew on, and the callable records export right beside it.
Most teams run both: mail the whole area to drive inbound calls, then work the matched numbers while the mail is landing.
The export
Every pull comes out as a CSV with these nine columns. This is the real header row, not a cleaned-up sample.

Contact Centers questions
B2C only. Overview returns consumer and homeowner contact records for residential addresses inside a drawn geography. It does not sell business or professional lists.
Calling records are checked against the national Do-Not-Call registry before they are delivered, and the status is stored on each record. State-level rules remain your organization's responsibility.
No minimums and no annual contract. The platform is a monthly subscription and records are priced individually; see the pricing page for the current rates.
One plan · $150/mo · 4 seats

Radar tells you where to look. Only an inspection confirms damage at an address.
