Who is on the list

The households inside your line. Nothing modeled, nothing resold.

Four honest answers about what comes back when you pull a phone list.

Overview was built for storm roofers; the address and contact records here are the same ones they pull.

Who Residents

The people living at the addresses inside your line.

Draw a boundary and the list is the households inside it. No buyer segments, no modeled audiences: the geography is the selection.

What Per record

Name, phone, mailing address, DNC status.

Each row carries the resident name, a phone number where one is available, the mailing address, and whether the number is on the Do-Not-Call registry.

How many Hedged

Every address returns. Not every address returns a phone.

Contact availability varies by neighborhood and by record source. You see the count of matched contacts before you pay for them.

How fresh On request

Pulled when you draw, not shipped from a warehouse.

Records are retrieved for the area at the time you enrich the group, so the list reflects the current record for each address.

How it works

Draw. Pull. Call.

A real sequence from a line on the map to a list in the dialer.
01 Draw

Outline the area on the map. A street, a subdivision, or a whole metro; the boundary is the list.

02 Pull

Add contact information to the group. Phones are returned where a match exists, at $0.21 per contact.

03 Call

Export the CSV with the DNC status on every row and load it into your dialer or CRM.

How small can the area be

As small as one street. As large as the metro.

The price follows the boundary, so draw the list you will actually call.
STREET

One street

Draw a single block. Useful for a follow-up call after a canvass or a mailer, where you already know the houses you want to reach.

SUBDIV

One subdivision

A few hundred addresses with a shared entrance, builder, and roof age. The most common shape for a targeted calling list.

ZIP

A ZIP or a metro

Draw around the whole area, or split it into the districts your agents work. Each pull is priced per record, so a large area costs exactly its size.

Radar tells you where to look. Only an inspection confirms damage at an address.

Phone availability and match rates vary by geography; every address inside the boundary is returned, but not every address returns a phone number. Records are checked against the national Do-Not-Call registry before delivery.
