The phase, the route, or the blocks along it.
Trace the build phase or serviceable area on the map, down to the streets on one side of the trench, instead of buying a whole zip code you do not serve.
Draw each build phase or service footprint, pull every address inside it, and start selling before the trucks roll and after the light comes on.
Serviceability comes from your own build records. Overview is built around a hail map. You don't need the hail layer to draw a territory — same map, same records. 7-day free trial · cancel at any time
Draw. Get. Send.
Trace the build phase or serviceable area on the map, down to the streets on one side of the trench, instead of buying a whole zip code you do not serve.
Addresses inside the footprint come with the boundary. Add names and phone numbers to turn homes passed into a call list.
Export a CSV for outbound and door-to-door, and send postcards to the same addresses ahead of construction and again at launch.
The problem
The build boundary is on an engineering map. Converting homes passed into subscribers means reaching each household directly, and bought lists do not follow your boundary, miss new construction, and leave take-rate on the table in the exact streets you just spent capital to serve.
Worked example
Phase 3 of a build: 1.4 route miles of new plant through two neighborhoods.
A pre-sell postcard went out before construction, the call center worked the list during the build, and the door team walked it the week service went live.
Data cost = matched contacts × $0.21; addresses are included. Platform $150/mo billed separately.
The product
Four screens. This is the real interface, rebuilt here with sample data.
Outreach
Overview doesn't stop at handing you a list. Mail goes out from the same screen you drew on, and the callable records export right beside it.
Most teams run both: mail the whole area to drive inbound calls, then work the matched numbers while the mail is landing.
The export
Every pull comes out as a CSV with these nine columns. This is the real header row, not a cleaned-up sample.

The workflow
Pull up the build phase or serviceable area you want to sell into, right on the map.
Draw the exact footprint: a construction phase, a neighborhood, or the blocks along one route.
Export names, phones, and addresses for every home passed, or mail the selected addresses.
ISP & Fiber questions
No. Serviceability comes from your build records. Overview returns every address inside the footprint you draw; you decide where to draw it.
Overview returns the addresses on record inside the boundary. Very new lots may not yet have a record; re-pull the area after a few months to catch them.
Yes. The group stays in your account. Enrich it again later or send another postcard from the same boundary.
