• Marketing site visits. When you visit overview.app, we and our analytics provider (PostHog) collect standard log data — IP address, user agent, referrer, pages viewed, and events you trigger.
• Demo bookings. Our demo scheduling is hosted by Cal.com. When you book a slot you provide your name, email, and any details you choose to share. Cal.com stores this data under its own privacy policy.
• Account and product use. Account information (name, email, company, payment details) and product activity are collected through my.overview.app.
• Property and contact data. As part of the product we license and resell property-owner contact information (phone, email, mailing address) sourced from public records and licensed third parties.

How we use information

• Operate, secure, and improve the marketing site and product.
• Respond to demo requests and customer inquiries.
• Deliver property and contact data to authorized account holders.
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and policy violations.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Third parties

We share information only with:

• Service providers that run our infrastructure: Cloudflare (hosting/CDN), PostHog (analytics, US instance), Cal.com (demo scheduling), [Stripe or billing provider], and [email provider].
• Customers, when they purchase highly accurate contact records through the product. Records are licensed for the customer's own outreach, subject to our Terms.
• Authorities, when required by law or to enforce our Terms.

We do not sell information about marketing-site visitors.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Marketing analytics events are retained for [N] months.
